There are truly no words strong enough for me to express my love for this couple, known as THE HEALING COUPLE on IG. I had experienced breath work in a group setting a few times before, but once I had a session with this couple, I truly understood the power in which we have in our breath. They say “when you change your breath, you change your life” Nothing could be more true and the few session I was lucky enough to have in person with them before they left were life changing. Oh this was one of my fav episodes with my good friend Ricky Jasper of Four Thirteen Apparel! Ricky, better known as the extremely good looking one from the bachelorette Season of Becca, episode 1 & 2, started Four Thirteen Apparel just shy of 4 years ago and has already grown and scaled like a boss!
It's really so cool to see someone's journey from start to launch. I remember hanging out and seeing him grind and pack and ship everything from his little apartment downtown....now he's selling out launches and growing faster then he can find space for! Yet somehow he still manages to get his fitness in and stay motivated while constantly inspiring others through his social media!
Rickey Jasper II is an entrepreneur who runs a faith-based athleisure company called Four Thirteen Apparel. The Ashburn, Virginia, native, who currently resides in San Diego, California, graduated with a bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University. He currently works as a Business Analyst for a Healthcare company while also running Four Thirteen Apparel with a team of seven. Four Thirteen launched in April, 2017 and is a faith-based athleisure company that stands for his favorite bible verse, Philipians 4:13. Rickey and his team have big goals for 2021 and have been amazing with how the brand has grown and scaled in the past six months.

With his 14 years of experience, Clinton has worked behind the chair for hair industry leaders, developed curriculum and systems for the future of hairdressing and now travels to share his knowledge with seasoned and up and coming hairdressers.
Lauren Norris — As a professionally trained & certified Hairstylist & Makeup Artist for 12 years, Lauren’s experience includes bridal/special events, stage shows, education and work behind the chair. Listening to others and providing a customized experience for each of her clients is what drives her success and has allowed her to grow in the industry. Lauren has had the opportunity to create and collaborate on many projects to include local and national makeup curriculum and business building tools. Her desire to pour into industry professionals is immeasurable and motivates her to continually seek opportunities to grow in her craft as well as others.
