On today's FYF episode of Unscripted, I'm talking about the power of investing in masterminds. Recently, I had an incredible opportunity to reconnect with my friend and mentor, Lori Harder, at her “Girlfriends in Business” event in Scottsdale, Arizona. Lori's journey and achievements have been truly inspiring, reminding me of the importance of surrounding ourselves with like-minded individuals who uplift and support our growth.
Through my own journey in the beauty industry to scaling my online business, I've come to realize the significance of continuously seeking personal and professional development. Masterminds have been instrumental in my success, offering invaluable support, guidance, and accountability. I've learned that it's okay to ask for help and be specific about what you need, rather than trying to navigate everything alone.
Identifying the right mentors and community has been crucial in my journey, shifting my focus from overcomplicating the "how" to finding the right people who can help me achieve my goals.
Now, I'm excited to pay it forward by launching my own mastermind, aiming to empower you all to reach your full potential. Remember, personal growth is about embracing your power, setting realistic goals, and trusting in the process of becoming the leader you're meant to be. So, let's lean into the "who" we're becoming and invest in our own growth and empowerment together!
