In today’s episode, I am deep, diving on how to stop comparing yourself to others! We all know that social media as a whole, can trigger on our comparison muscle.
I share the real life side effects of comparing yourself to others, along with giving you practical ways to STOP comparing yourself to other people! This is definitely still something I am working on myself. However, I felt the need to share with you some very specific steps I’ve taken in my life to combat and prevent, the trap of comparison!
These principles have helped me in my own life to take my eyes off of other people and put them back on creating a life I love! With a strong emphasis on creating boundaries around how much time you spend on social media I also gently remind you and encourage you to celebrate other people as a way to not feel like you are losing just because someone else’s winning!
