In this Episode, I sit down with my very first Mentor, Abe Barron. Abe has been in the Beauty Industry, behind the chair, as a 6 Figure Stylist for years, did runway shows, fashion shows, movies, photo shoots, etc. Over the years in the industry, he has learned to change and tweak the way he is in order to move with the changing times. The industry isn't like it was years ago. Now we have social media which is great for growth but can also inhibit us. We get caught in comparing ourselves to others and only seeing the highlights of the industry, not the challenges that we face. We can all really become anything we want to be if we set our mind to it. As stylists, we eventually want to build our own Businesses, in doing so it's so important to find out who you are, niche down, create a brand and really do what feels good to you by following your true purpose. For Abe, his "Why" became helping people and has impacted so many lives.
