Hey, it's your girl Jess! Welcome back to the show. Today's episode is just me and you for a “Happy Fuck Yeah Friday”. I am uber passionate about helping both women and men step in their power! If you are someone who is looking for a small perspective shift, I want these Friday episodes to remind you to celebrate your wins, big or small. Fuck Yeah Friday is a moment in time where we, as humans and entrepreneurs, stop and sit in gratitude for what we've accomplished throughout the week.
This episode is titled “How to get out of your own way”, so the first thing I want to remind you of is that your subconscious mind is the gatekeeper of your comfort zone. And I also want to remind you today that you don't change in breakthroughs, you change in micro shifts. What are those micro shifts you can make in your life, so that your future self will feel good?
I hope these Friday episodes, light you the F up, invite you to take ownership of your life, and really OWN YOUR POWER. Showing up in your power allows other people the permission to do the same.
