In this episode, I speak with Lindsey Means who was a Former Hairstylist for more than 10 Years, and now, she is a Human Design Expert, and Coach + Educator, who teaches about human design. For those of you who may not know what human design is, it’s an energetic blueprint and it’s like an operation manual for your mind and body which helps you become aware of your energy and how to utilize it. All too often we feel like we don’t fit in or we try fit in a “box”. When we are able to use human design to explain how we feel, it does bring those “Aha Moments” to realize, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with us for not fitting in.
