When I first saw Rob on Instagram, I knew I had to have him on the Podcast as a Guest! Rob is a Happiness Coach who has a degree in Positive Psychology and is also an Author. In this Episode, he shares his journey to happiness, coming originally from a very dark place in his life, growing up as an unhappy child. A life threatening event was where he was able to see his true happiness for the very first time. From that point, he spent decades researching happiness, which brought him to where he is today. True happiness is one of those things that seem attainable until you’re in the moment and then try to figure out how you can sustain that feeling of happiness, right?!
