In this Episode, I had the pleasure of sitting with Jillian Murphy, a Sales Ninja with over 22 years of corporate sales experience, who was able turn around an unforeseen situation at the start of the pandemic and turn it into the best thing that ever happened to her! She figured out how to use all her sales experience and bring it to the online space where she now coaches female entrepreneurs on how to sell themselves and their products/services in a way that attracts their ideal clients to them! This past year, especially, there are so many new entrepreneurs online, who have created these amazing programs and services that they have to offer. What we don't realize though is how important selling ourselves, rather than the product, becomes once it comes time to actually get these products/services sold. Jillian was able to quickly pick up on that need in the market and was able to triple her corporate income in short time! She's mastered the art of sales over the years in corporate America and now teaches her clients a framework for sales in her REAL Girl REAL Sales Programs that's duplicatable and helps them feel not so "salesy" when selling. What I love most about Jillian's duplicatable sales strategy, that she speaks about in this episode, is how it all begins with something so simple yet so important, creating community and building REAL relationships.
