Are you living a life pursuing the things you actually want or the things you think you should want? Are you going through the motions of life, really unclear and unfulfilled? You're getting in your own way!
First of all, I want you to know that I don't have it all figured out either, but I do know that when you break away from the script and pursue a life driven by choice, you can truly grow and flourish.
It's scary to step into the unknown but don't let this fear hold you back! You need to get clear on what you truly want and get out of your own damn way. The thoughts, narratives, and past situations you're clinging to aren't serving you anymore. Stop letting yourself believe that you can't because of XYZ, fill in the blank; you CAN.
