As humans we absorb so much every from other people and it is so important to protect our space and our energy. What we absorb from others then spills over into our work and as entrepreneurs - the owners, the creators, the lifeline of our businesses, this can be devastating.
So, today we are sharing our top 5 tips for protecting your mental health as an entrepreneur and also:

- Non-negotiables in life and business
- Daily practices to keep you on track
