Y’all are gonna love this one.
I sat down with my girl Joanne Bolt—someone I met a few years back in a mastermind and who has completely reinvented herself since then. Joanne used to run a $56 million real estate business (yep, you read that right) and walked away from it all in search of peace. And spoiler alert: she found it—and built an online business that actually lights her up.
We talked all about:
- Why peace of mind is the real luxury now—and how to earn it
- What made her walk away from real estate at the peak of success
- How she pivoted from teaching agents to coaching women entrepreneurs using email, funnels, and podcasts
- The exact shift that helped her monetize her podcast (without editing a d*mn thing)
- Why she ditched live launching and how her evergreen bootcamp turned into a mastermind
- Her best tips for segmentation, automation, and why she ditched Kajabi for ActiveCampaign
- How she finally embraced her unapologetic, F-bomb-dropping self (and what gave her permission to go all in)
We also talked about using AI in business (you need to hear her rant), how to stop following someone else’s playbook, and the mindset shift she thinks every woman needs to hit her million-dollar breakthrough.
Joanne’s a straight shooter and she gives you real strategies with none of the fluff. So if you’re done feeling stuck or following someone else’s path, this one’s for you.

Hey friend—this one’s personal. 💛
This solo episode has been on my heart for a while, and today I finally hit record on what it really means to pivot boldly, take full responsibility for your growth, and walk away from things that no longer feel aligned… even when you’ve already invested so much into them.
We’re diving into:
- The truth about making scary decisions (even when they make no sense on paper)
- Why your “nudge” to change is actually your soul asking for expansion
- Letting go of roles, courses, or paths that no longer light you up
- My raw, unfiltered shift from podcast educator to something so much more aligned
- And why community marketing and wellness are calling me louder than ever
This episode isn’t about quitting—it’s about evolving. It’s about giving yourself permission to choose differently, again and again, and trusting that your pivot is part of your path.
If you’ve been feeling the pull to do something different—this is your sign.
Let’s get into it. 🎧
And if you’re curious about what I’m building with community, wellness, and mentorship, hit me up. We’re just getting started.

Food Noise, Real Talk, and Loving Yourself Without the BS
Friday Jul 04, 2025
Friday Jul 04, 2025
This episode is what happens when you hit record on a convo with a girlfriend who gets it. Laura Conley isn’t just a weight loss coach—she’s a vibe. We went everywhere in this episode, from cutting out low-energy friendships to eating goldfish in bed (yes, really).
Laura shares how she went from food-obsessed to food-free, how emotional eating might actually be a cry for self-care, and why she created the Yummy Mummy Method to help women ditch the diet drama for good.
We also talk about:
- That “drip” energy we’re just not available for anymore 😅
- Why setting boundaries with your food (and friends) changes everything
- What real healing around your body actually looks like
- And how to stop people-pleasing with your plate
This one is real, raw, hilarious, and totally relatable. You don’t have to be perfect to start showing up for yourself. Let this be your reminder that you’re allowed to feel good—in your body, in your friendships, in your life.

I sat down with Danielle McKinley, the powerhouse behind the Harmony Hustler brand, who went from $60K in debt to a 9-figure exit. And she’s not gatekeeping any of it.

Feeling “Unworthy”? Here’s How I Pushed Through and Got in the Room
Friday Jun 13, 2025
Friday Jun 13, 2025
Hey friends — it’s just me today, coming to you solo from the studio. This one’s a bit personal. I’ve been sitting on some thoughts lately around resistance — you know, that feeling that creeps in even when you actually want to be somewhere, be part of something, or take that next big step... but something still holds you back.
I’m sharing a little story about a recent night where I drove three hours to Beverly Hills for an event — and honestly, all the resistance that came up before I even got in the car. I talk about what it’s like to finally get invited into rooms you once only dreamed of — and how I had to reverse engineer my way into those spaces before I ever felt “ready.”
If you’ve ever thought:
- "I want to be there... but I don't know if I belong."
- "I wish I was in that room... but what would I even bring to the table?"
…this episode is for you.
I’m also opening up about how I first started getting into masterminds (even when I couldn’t afford the big ones yet), why volunteering is an underrated power move, and how simply showing up can shift your entire trajectory.
Plus, I give a little behind-the-scenes update on my big investment into a high-level rebrand — I’m bringing you guys along for all of it.
If you’re craving more confidence to show up as your fullest self — whether that’s in business, podcasting, or life — DM me. My private mentorship spots are open, and this is the deep work I absolutely love doing with my clients.
As always, if this resonates, share it, leave a review, or tag me on IG. Love you guys. 💛

Trusting Your Gut Even When It’s Hard with Katherine Rose Woller
Friday Jun 06, 2025
Friday Jun 06, 2025
Hey friends — today’s conversation is one that I know is going to hit home for a lot of you. I sat down with bestselling author and marketing strategist Katherine Rose Woller, who shares her incredibly raw and honest story about calling off her wedding just two weeks before walking down the aisle.
We get into the heavy stuff — self-trust, perfectionism, ignoring red flags, and that gut feeling so many of us talk ourselves out of. Katherine opens up about what led her to make such a life-altering decision, how she navigated the grief and healing afterwards, and how ultimately that hard choice helped her build deep trust in herself moving forward.
We also talk about:
- Why trusting your body can help you make hard decisions
- How perfectionism and comparison keep us stuck
- The lessons Katherine learned as she stepped back into dating
- The process of writing her book Calling It Off from a fully healed place
- Why sometimes we already know the answer — we just don’t trust ourselves to own it yet
Whether you’ve ever questioned a relationship, a career, or any big decision, Katherine’s story is going to give you so much permission to lean into your own knowing. This conversation felt like two girlfriends being super honest about the messy, complicated parts of life — and I know it’s going to speak to so many of you.

Hey friends — Jess here! This episode is such a special one because I’m bringing back someone who truly changed the game for me in life, business, parenting... basically everything. I’m talking about the one and only Erin Claire Jones — one of the world’s top Human Design experts and my personal Human Design teacher. 🙌
I still remember thinking I was a generator or manifesting generator… turns out, I’m a projector. Erin helped me understand what that meant and how to actually live in alignment with it — and that changed everything.
In this convo, we talk about:
- How Erin discovered Human Design (it started with a stranger in NYC!)
- The 5 Human Design types (and how they show up differently)
- How knowing your type, strategy & authority can shift your business, your relationships, and your energy
- Using Human Design as a parent, partner, and coach
- The power of making aligned decisions — and why it's the core of Erin’s new book
- What it really looks like to build a business that works for you
We also geek out over my son’s manifesting generator energy, my generator partner, and how learning Human Design gave me the tools to show up more confidently and give the people in my life the grace and understanding they deserve (including myself).
💛 Erin’s work has touched hundreds of thousands of people across 160+ countries. She’s been featured in Forbes, Elle, Vogue, and more — and now her brand new book is here to bring Human Design to even more people in a down-to-earth, practical way.

Owning the Pivot: Building a Beauty Brand Beyond the Chair
Friday May 23, 2025
Friday May 23, 2025
You guys… THIS conversation is a reminder that your past doesn’t get to dictate your future.
I sat down with my girl Tara Dominguez, and let me just say—she’s one of those women whose story gives you chills and motivation all in one.
Tara is proof that where you start doesn’t define where you’re going. She was a small-town girl who almost didn’t graduate high school, went to beauty school right after, and packed up for LA to chase her dreams. Yes, she assisted on Nip/Tuck (like what?!)—but her real glow-up began back at a JCPenney salon, where she would literally sit in the break room googling the PRESIDENT of the company while sipping burnt coffee… because she knew she was meant for more.
Fast forward a few years—and she’s the owner of a 4,000 sq. ft. salon, has built a multiple 7-figure business, and is now launching her own podcast. But don’t get it twisted—Tara is not here to share just the highlight reel.
We talked about:
- What really goes into growing a profitable salon (and what no one tells you)
- Why chasing perfection is killing your authenticity
- Building something sustainable as a mom, a fiancée, and an evolving woman
- Knowing when it’s time to pivot—even when it’s scary
- And how to stop giving so much that you’re left with nothing
Tara’s got stories, y’all. The wins and the “WTF just happened” moments. Like when she thought her car got stolen—but it was just… repossessed. 🙃 She’s real, honest, and on a mission to help other women build brands, businesses, and lives that actually feel aligned.
This one’s for anyone who's outgrowing their current season but doesn’t know what’s next. For the woman who’s tired of starting over. For the salon owner who’s burned out from doing all the things.
Tara’s message is clear: confidence changes everything.
Let us know your favorite takeaways over on IG, and be sure to check out her course and mentorship if you're ready to take your salon—and your mindset—to the next level. 💥

What. An. Episode.
This one’s special, not just because Alyssa Lang is a powerhouse entrepreneur, but because she's someone I now call a close friend. We met at one of my in-person events, and within five minutes she was in tears sharing her story with me. That convo sparked something huge—and ultimately led to the launch of her new podcast, Magnetic Millionaire.
In this episode, Alyssa and I talk about so much more than business.
We dive into:
- Why she shifted from private to public podcasting (and why gatekeeping isn't it)
- Her unexpected journey from bartender to bookkeeping queen to launch strategist
- What losing her brother taught her about living FULLY and unapologetically
- Scaling with intention, not pressure—and why not every business is meant to hit 7 figures
- What to ask before you invest in rooms, masterminds, or coaches
- How grief, growth, and purpose collide in the best (and hardest) ways
This convo is raw, real, and wildly inspiring. Alyssa holds nothing back—she shares numbers, mindset shifts, even the podcast name drama that almost derailed her launch (spoiler: she pivoted like a boss).
If you’re pivoting, starting something new, or wondering if your story is worth sharing... this is your sign.
🎧 *Listen in and let us know what hit home. And if Alyssa has ever been a “Jimmy” for you—yep, you’ll get the reference when you listen—shoot her a message and let her know. 😉
